Expo Sri Lanka in Mechelen (Belgium)

The Belgian city of Mechelen hosts an exposition by Antwerp jewel designer Danielle Goffa. Het jewel creations are inspired by the sights and sounds and the rich cultural history of Sri Lanka. Her jewels have exotic names like ‘Sri’, ‘Dambula’ or ‘Mount Lavinia’, which refer to the places where the precious stones were found: diamonds, rubis,  sapphire, aquamarine, emerald, tourmaline, quartz, moonstone…

The exposition takes place in Hangar 311, Battelsesteenweg 311 in Mechelen, between 20 September and 13 October. The exposition is accessible on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, from 2 pm until 6 pm. More information via -email: art@hangar311.be.
